By choosing to purchase from Ashiki Gifts of Love, also referred to as Ashiki, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend and update our products & conditions without prior notice. Please read the following to avoid any misunderstanding or inconvenience.
Who can trade with Ashiki?
You must be over the age of 18 and legally able to make a binding contract, to make purchases from Ashiki.
Ashiki has the right to reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to a price error, an error in your order, product unavailability, error in the item description as posted on the website, or an error in the information supplied to us by you.
Prices
Prices displayed are correct and current the time of publishing, but may be changed at any time.
Prices as listed are GST inclusive at a rate of 10%.
Refunds and Returns

Insurance
All goods are covered by insurance in transit.
All goods are securely packaged but in the unlikely event of damage you must notify Ashiki on the day of delivery at info@ashiki.com.au or phone 1300026235
If we are not advised on the day you receive them we will not be able to give you a refund.
Please notify us immediately if you have not received your goods at the time expected.
In the very unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit we will replace your order or refund your money in full. Refer Replacements below.
Replacements
If you wish to replace or exchange goods please note that, as many of our products are originals it may not be possible to replace them with exactly the same thing. Ashiki will do everything possible to ensure you receive the gift you want.
Availability of products
As Ashiki carries many items that are original and only one of, we endeavour to make them unavailable on our site as soon as the item has been sold. The item will be marked as unavailable immediately it is sold. In the very unlikely event that two orders are made at exactly the same time we will offer a refund or an alternative item. In some cases the artist may be able to produce a similar item but as art is often purchased for its originality we cannot offer exactly the same thing.
Delivery
Ashiki delivers Australia wide by Australia Post, Fastaway and Australian Air express.
Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost.
Express delivery can be arranged and will incur extra costs.
We can deliver overseas
Goods must be signed for on delivery. If there is no one to take delivery a card will be left and the item held at the carriers dispatch depot for 24 hours. If you do not contact the carrier and item is returned to us, you will incur the cost of re-delivery.
We are not responsible for incorrect information given. Please ensure that all your details are correct when making an order to avoid disappointment. If you have made an error we will be happy to redeliver your order however a new delivery charge will apply.
Goods are dispatched after full payment is received.
Delivery costs and time
Ashiki endeavours to deliver goods within the time frame specified. If there is a delay beyond our control we will contact you immediately.
Deliveries are only made during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Deliveries of items in stock take 2 to 7 days.
Remote area may take up to an extra 2 days
Delivery of Items that are especially ordered in for you may take up to 4 weeks.
Items that are being produced for you such as songs, jewellery of portraits will take up to 6 weeks.

International Delivery
As our billing system is automated, and in Australian dollars, if you wish to order from any other country please contact us at info@ashiki.com.au to arrange delivery and pay for any extra charges that might be incurred. If there are extra shipping charges we can process them manually by our secure merchant facility.
We do not take responsibility with international deliveries, for items lost in transit, so it might be a safer option to pay for “registered airmail."
Title
Ashiki retains title and responsibility for products until you take delivery of them either by collection or delivery to your nominated address
Alcohol
Ashiki complies with the Office of Gaming and Liquor control requirements for the selling and distribution of Alcohol.
We will not deliver Alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years.
Privacy Policy
Ashiki Gifts of Love takes all care to ensure that the information you give us is secure and that it is protected from misuse, alteration of damage.
Ashiki gathers information from you for the purpose of processing your membership and orders. We also collect information when running competitions. All information collected is confidential. Competition winners will be announced on our site and through our social media such as our blog, Facebook and Twitter. If you are a winner and do not wish to be made public please let us know.
We may collect information from our website via our service provider or other data collection services for statistical purposes only. Your personal information gathered by us on registration is never shared with anyone for any purpose. Information that may be gathered is:
- your server address
- your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, etc)
- the date and time of your visit to the site
- the pages accessed and documents downloaded by you
- the previous site visited by you
- the type of browser used by you
We do not share or disclose your personal information in any way with any other party for any purpose unless specifically permitted in writing by you. Please be aware that social media such as face book and twitter are open public forums and we are not responsible for information you might share on such social media.
Periodically we will send you emails keep you informed about special, new products and competitions. If you do not wish to receive these emails please click the discontinue button on the emails. From time to time we may use a logistic center or other service to package and deliver your product. We will give them only the informant necessary for them to process your delivery.

Ashiki takes all the necessary precautions to ensure that shopping with us is safe and secure. Your personal information and credit card details are protected by the latest Secure Socket Layer (better known as SSL- 128 bit) technology so you can order online with peace of mind.
Presently we offer the payment options of PayPal or direct credit. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by not having direct access to the major credit card providers.
