Returns
All products except portraits, custom made jewellery, songs, and items specifically ordered for you, include a 3 day cooling off period. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods and then return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving them, in the same condition as we dispatched them, and they must be packaged in the same way they were received.
We take no responsibility for goods damaged in transit back to us.
Please notify us at info@ashiki.com.au or call 1300026235 if you are returning goods, before you return them.
If you return an item we can give you an exchange, credit, or refund the purchase price. Return freight is at your expense. We will only carry the cost of delivery from you for goods that were damaged when you received them, and they are covered by insurance. Please refer to our insurance policy. We will not refund the cost of delivery to you if returns are for any other reason.
Ashiki ensures that goods are securely packaged however if the goods arrive damaged in any way they must be returned immediately. We must receive them back within 7 days of your receiving them.
If Ashiki has inadvertently sent you the wrong delivery we will carry all freight costs for a return.
Please note that products may not always look exactly as they do in the photograph on our site due to minor touch ups made by our suppliers.
Ashiki reserves the right to refuse an exchange if all the conditions are not met.
