Jodi’s work is characterised by an empathy with the subject, and attention to fine detail.  She is especially interested in portraiture, and is talented at reproducing not only a likeness, but a personality. 
Jodi particularly enjoys working with a client to come up with a composition that is personally and artistically satisfying.

When working without external restrictions Jodi tends to concentrate on subjects that consistently reflect the themes of creativity and women and the symbols relating to these subjects.
There has been an ongoing fascination with the photos produced by the Hubble Space Telescope and an exploration of the philosophical and spiritual themes that are raised by our contemplation of the mystery and vastness of the universe.

In 1996/97 Jodi operated a gallery at Culburra Beach and exhibits to this day. Some notable achievements include -
Finalist in National Erotic Art competition in Western Australia;
Portrait selected thrice, to be hung in 'Best Of' exhibition at Shoalhaven Ciry Arts Centre:
Finalist in Shirley Hannan National Portait Prize 2010.
