Love Menu - A romantic recipe book - by Margun Carless.

A unique recipe book and great gift book. Cooking with romantic ingredients like champagne, flowers and more to create a unique dining experience, where 'love' is on the menu for entree, main and dessert. All dishes paired with Andrew Peace Wines.

Margun nearly lost her husband to a surfing accident in late January 2009.

She wrote:

“I had always loved cooking and the benefit here for me was that was something that I felt I could control. I had always said that I showed my love for my husband through my cooking, but felt that I needed to do more, or take it a step further to show him just how much I loved him. I had the idea of bringing romance into the ingredients, and just as quickly as that idea had sprung to mind, I started to write a recipe book.

With no cooking qualifications, just the pure joy of cooking, it became a project that took on a life of its own and took me away from the painful memories from that day.
The cooking had become such an intense cathartic release of love, that the book was born.”
